Wednesday afternoons from 12:45pm to 1:45pm
A new fun and relaxed class that combines elements of ballet and jazz.
We will dance to beautiful tracks that will not only help melt away those daily stresses but also allow us to express emotion through our movement.
This class is an ideal follow on from the beginners course and is also suitable for those who understand the fundamental technique.
Classes will typically involve a warm up, stretching, some exercises to build on technique and a routine.
