Beginners Ballet

Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm to 7:30pm

This class concentrates on absolute basics - i.e. the five positions of the arms and feet and the importance of correct stance.

The class follows the traditional pattern of barre work, adage/port de bras, centre practice, allegro and short cool down, but at a fundamental level. Suitable for students who have never studied Classical Ballet before or for those returning after a long break.

This class is taught by Caroline Lee.
